11.30am - 11.50am Positive Thinking
Thoughts are like seeds, each producing a distinctive flower.
Thoughts can either be creative or destructive. Understanding your
own thinking patterns enables you to choose the thoughts which will
produce the most happiness.
12 noon - 12.20pm Learn to Relax
Within the mind there is a reservoir of tranquility and wisdom that
can be experienced through meditation. There is nothing complicated
or difficult about meditation. It is only a series of simple,
enjoyable, mental exercises that calm the mind to that it can work
at a naturally high level of efficiency restoring a sense of clarity
and well-being.
12.30pm - 12.50pm Raja Yoga Meditation
Raja Yoga meditation is the process of rediscovering, using and
enjoying the positive qualities already latent within. It reveals
the secrets of consciousness and the treasures of the soul. It helps
us develop the power to be more alert and effective in our
interaction with each other and with our precious world. But perhaps
the greatest gift that comes with meditation is the glow of inner
peace that is both gentle and strong.
1.00pm - 1.20pm Self Esteem
Just as a seed contains the potential of a mighty tree, in the same
way, I too have all the resources within, to achieve a happy and
successful life. To ensure healthy roots, a grounding in spiritual
and moral principles is a must.
1.30pm - 1.50pm Creative Meditation
One of the most important ingredients in successful meditation is
creativity. The mind is our own private cinema and the images it
produces are of our own making. We all have the power to control and
direct this imagery so that the body relaxes, the mind becomes
clearer and the spirit soars.
2.00pm - 2.20pm Letting Go
Our emotions so easily get trapped in old situations limiting our
ability to enjoy the present and create a positive future. When we
learn the art of letting go then instantly we experience a sense of
calm, clarity and inner power coming into our lives.

3.00pm - 3.20pm Emerging Inner Peace
Learn to emerge your inner peace by centering your awareness on your
spiritual form – a tiny star, a point of light, seated in the centre
of your forehead. When you emerge your inner peace you will
experience the difference between the sparkling star and your body
the physical vehicle.
