With TaiChi, Belly Dancing, Pilates, Zumba, Yoga and Salsa on the event menu, visitors will be hoola hoping home after their experiences at the show. This winning formula brings visitors from near and far, not just for a day but for the whole weekend.
On offer is an eclectic collection of complementary health, spiritual awareness and personal development. The event offers an experience like no other with the aim of helping visitors to develop a healthy mind, healthy body and healthy soul. Visitors will be taking away new ideas and ancient wisdom as well as a spring in their step.
From Latin rhythm, to sultry sitar, the multi-cultural assortment of entertainment on stage is an experience in itself, with plenty of space to unwind, relax, refresh and renew, visitors stay to the very end to soak up the atmosphere. With plenty of hot and cold healthy food options available, there really is no reason to leave.
The exhibition floor with over 120 exhibitors allows visitors to use all five senses to see, feel, hear, smell and taste the huge range on offer. From fairies to food blenders, runes to raw chocolate, there is a new experience awaiting around every corner.
