Workshop Applications

Details of the workshops, lectures and demonstrations are printed in the free exhibition programme which is available 6 - 8 weeks before the show. Entrance to free workshops and lectures will be on a first come first served basis. Entrance to paid-for workshops and lectures will be by ticket only and Prime Impact will accept prior bookings for these. The total amount received for your workshop will be divided 60% to Prime Impact and 40% to the speaker after VAT has been deducted. This will be paid in the form of a cheque four weeks after the event. Workshops, lectures and demonstrations are offered to exhibitors first and at the discretion of Prime Impact. If your request has been accepted you will receive confirmation prior to the programme going to press.

Entrance Charge

Entrance charges are put on workshops/lectures at the discretion of Prime Impact. Fees are split 60% to Prime Impact and 40% to the speaker after VAT. Anything on stage MUST be free due to the open nature of this area.
