This year’s Mind Body Soul events continue to inspire and motivate people to find new ways to better health and spiritual awareness and with a host of shows planned for this autumn, there’s a whole new world of opportunities to explore.

Whether you want to boost your health, wealth, love life or all three or simply want to redirect your thinking on a more spiritual plane there are four shows to help you do just that with a host of world-renowned experts on hand in over 1000 workshops and presentations – most of them free as well as a creative mix of exhibitors offering advice on everything from crystal healing, reiki, numerology and iridology.
