Using Kundalini Yoga
and Meditation we will discover how the addictive personality
looks for fulfilment outside of itself and how best
to let go of all that keeps us from our full potential. |
With Carolyn Cowan
Carolyn has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 1998. She
specialises in yoga for women, pregnancy, addiction recovery
and Hepatitis C. She teaches extensively throughout the
UK and has written for Yoga Magazine, Junior, Juno and Tonic.
Carolyn is widely recognised for her contributions to assisting
people in the realisation of life goals through yoga. Her
presentation style is both personal and spiritual and draws
on her experience of how Kundalini Yoga can help to deal
with history and clear emotional blocks. Carolyn runs a
weekly chanting workshop from her house in South East London.

children and lives in South London, she has been in recovery

Andy, creates exquisite and uplifting music under the name
‘Bliss’. Lucinda has been studying Raja Yoga
meditation for 10 years.

Sheila’s spiritual journey began 13 years ago which
changed her life. Having had a corporate background which
included teaching, training, counselling and life coaching,
Sheila now gives talks around the country, has appeared
on TV and radio, and runs motivational workshops.
