to live in very small boxes. These boxes are however
our own creation. By making small shifts in consciousness
everyday we can make huge changes in our lives. Using
meditation, practical tips, laughter and knowledge we
will explore together how to break out of the mould
and become ‘Who we were born to be’ - stop saving it
all for a rainy day and learn to live now. |
